Jenn Skelding is a lifelong learner who is passionate about the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.  Her experience ranges from School Administrator, as Lead Learner, to Instructor in the School of Education at TWU.  Currently, Jenn is also the Executive Director of the Learning Commons and is pursuing a Doctor of Education at Western University in London, Ontario. Jenn’s research is focused on undergraduate student retention.  Specifically, what are the promotive, or risk, factors that support International student persistence on Canadian university campuses and how do intercultural competencies impact retention.
